Music Town, is a project created from a commission from TINCAL LAB Gallery in Porto being part of the Challenge Jewelry and Music 2017.  The pieces are created from personal experiences in my youth thanks to the musical environment developed in my city of adolescence, which shows the importance and influence that the artistic development of the city had in my creative thinking.

The project reflects a musical concept that is formally expressed through the airways and air ducts incorporated into the sound container spaces, projecting at the same time the idea of visual sound.

I use modeled leather, leather paints, varnished brass, thread and sterling silver.

Music Town, es un proyecto creado a partir de un encargo de la Galería TINCAL LAB en Oporto formando parte del Challenge Jewelry and Music 2017.  Las piezas son creadas a partir de experiencias personales en mi juventud gracias al entorno musical desarrollado en mi ciudad de adolescencia, que muestra la importancia y la influencia que el desarrollo artístico de la ciudad tuvo en mi pensar creativo.

El proyecto refleja un concepto musical que se expresa formalmente   a través de las vías y conductos de aire incorporados a los espacios contenedores de sonidos, proyectando a la vez la idea del sonido visual.

«El espacio comprimido contiene notas musicales. Las joyas son espacios pequeños que contienen musicalidad visual «. Utilizo cuero modelado, pinturas de cuero, latón barnizado, hilo y plata de ley.
